Reklaim Ltd. ("Reklaim," "we," "us," or "our") is registered as a data broker in the states of California, Texas, Vermont, and Oregon. This Data Broker Privacy Notice supplements our Privacy Policy and provides additional disclosures required by applicable state data broker laws.
Reklaim operates a consumer data marketplace where users voluntarily answer survey questions to build an audience profile. Users earn points for their participation and can redeem rewards. We sell or license aggregated and de-identified audience segment data to third-party brands and advertisers.
The following table describes the categories of personal information we collect, the sources from which we collect it, and whether we sell or share it.
We use service providers to assist with various aspects of our business operations, including cloud hosting, data processing, email delivery, analytics, and payment processing. These service providers are contractually obligated to use personal information only as directed by us and in accordance with applicable privacy laws.
De-identification:
When we sell or license audience segment data, we take steps to aggregate and de-identify the data so that it cannot reasonably be used to identify individual consumers. We maintain technical safeguards and business processes to prevent re-identification.
Retention
We retain personal information for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes for which it was collected, including to satisfy any legal, accounting, or reporting requirements. When determining the appropriate retention period, we consider the amount, nature, and sensitivity of the data, the potential risk of harm from unauthorized use or disclosure, the purposes for which we process the data, and applicable legal requirements.
Upon account deletion, we will delete or de-identify your personal information within 45 days, except where retention is required by law.
You may designate an authorized agent to submit a request on your behalf. To do so, you must provide the authorized agent with written permission to act on your behalf, and we may require you to verify your identity directly with us. Appeal Your Privacy Rights
If we deny your privacy rights request, you may appeal our decision by emailing us at privacy@reklaimyours.com with the subject line "Privacy Rights Appeal." We will respond to your appeal within the timeframe required by applicable law.
If you are not satisfied with our response to your appeal, you may contact your state attorney general's office to file a complaint.
International Visitors
Reklaim's data brokerage services are directed to residents of the United States. If you are accessing our services from outside the United States, please be aware that your information may be transferred to, stored, and processed in the United States and Canada, where our servers and central database are located.
