Reklaim Protect Terms & Conditions

1. Service Overview

Reklaim Protect is a premium subscription service that helps you monitor and remove your personal information from data brokers, people search sites, and other online sources. These terms supplement our general Terms & Conditions.

By subscribing to Reklaim Protect, you agree to these additional terms and conditions specific to the Protect service.

2. Eligibility

To use Reklaim Protect, you must:

• Be at least 18 years of age
• Be a resident of the United States or Canada
• Have a valid Reklaim account in good standing
• Provide accurate personal information for data removal requests

Authorization: By subscribing, you authorize Reklaim to act on your behalf to submit data removal requests, opt-out requests, and privacy rights requests to third parties that may hold your personal information.

3. Subscription & Billing

Subscription Plans

Reklaim Protect is available as a monthly or annual subscription. Current pricing is displayed at the time of purchase and in your account settings.

Automatic Renewal

Your subscription will automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless you cancel before the renewal date. We will charge the payment method on file at the then-current rate.

Payment Processing

Payments are processed through Stripe. By subscribing, you agree to Stripe's terms of service. All amounts are in USD or CAD, depending on your location.

Price Changes

We may change subscription prices with 30 days' advance notice. Price changes will take effect at your next renewal date. You may cancel before the new price takes effect.
