1. Your Rights
Under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act (CPRA), and similar state privacy laws (including those in Virginia, Colorado, Connecticut, and Utah), you have the right to opt out of the "sale" or "sharing" of your personal information.
While Reklaim does not sell your personal information in the traditional sense (exchanging data for money), certain data sharing activities may be considered a "sale" or "sharing" under these laws, including:
- Sharing data with advertising partners for targeted advertising
- Using third-party analytics that may share data across sites
- Participating in data cooperatives or data sharing arrangements
3. How to Opt Out
You have several ways to opt out of the sale or sharing of your personal information:
Option 1: Dashboard Privacy Settings
Log in to your account and navigate to Dashboard → Settings → Privacy. Toggle "Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information" to ON.
Option 2: Cookie Preferences
Click "Cookie Settings" in our website footer to disable marketing and analytics cookies.
Option 3: Email Request
Send an email to privacy@reklaimyou.com with the subject line "Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information."
Option 4: Automated Opt-Out Request
Fill out the form below to submit your opt-out request directly.
Just a heads up, opting out of the sale or sharing of your personal data will mean you no longer qualify for any of our Rewards Programs and the corresponding earnings.
