Prize amounts can change over time. Check your Reklaim dashboard for the live prize pool and countdown. Weekly draws may be paused from time to time; the dashboard always shows what is active.
How do Reklaim jackpot entries work?
Points and entries are related but not the same thing.
You earn points from Reklaim activities.
You pledge (allocate) available points to a weekly and/or monthly draw.
Each pledged point becomes one entry in that draw’s pool.
After the draw, pledged points for that period are spent — they are not returned to your wallet.
Think of points as currency and entries as tickets. You decide when to convert points into tickets.
Example: If you pledge 200 points to the weekly draw, you get 200 entries in that week’s pool. If the pool has 20,000 total entries, your odds are 200 / 20,000.
How do you earn points for the jackpot?
You earn points by participating on Reklaim. Common ways include:
Completing your profile
Answering surveys and quick questions
Connecting and protecting your data
Referrals and other in-app rewards
Points land in your wallet as available points. They are not jackpot entries until you pledge them.
How do you enter a draw?
You have two options:
1. Manual pledge (on demand)
Open the jackpot / allocation flow in the app, choose weekly or monthly, and pledge the points you want for the current period.
2. Auto-pledge
Set a recurring amount so Reklaim pledges for you each period. Auto-pledge is weekly XOR monthly — only one auto-pledge mode can be active at a time. Turning on weekly auto-pledge clears monthly (and vice versa).
If you do nothing, points stay in your wallet. They do not enter a draw until you pledge them (manually or via auto-pledge).
When are jackpot winners drawn?
Weekly: every Monday at 12 PM ET (when weekly draws are enabled)
Monthly: the 1st of each month at 12 AM ET (midnight Eastern)
Entry collection runs continuously between draws. When a period ends, the draw runs and a new period begins.

How are winners selected?
Winners are chosen at random, weighted by entries. If you have more entries than someone else, you have proportionally better odds — but any entrant can win.
Reklaim uses a provably fair process:
A random seed is committed before the draw closes.
Entries close at the scheduled draw time.
The committed seed is revealed and used to select winners.
The selection can be independently verified from the published seed and entry list.
This means the outcome cannot be changed after entries close, and the process is auditable.
What happens if you win?
If you win, Reklaim contacts you by email. Under Reklaim’s Terms, you must respond within 7 calendar days to verify and claim. Unclaimed prizes may be forfeited.
Verification typically includes identity checks and a skill-testing question (required under Canadian contest rules). Sharing your win on social media is optional — it is not required to claim.
Payouts are processed through Tremendous (PayPal, gift cards, and other options depending on eligibility and region). Reklaim’s team handles fulfillment after you complete verification.
Recent winner cooldown: If you win a weekly draw, you are excluded from winning again for 30 days. After a monthly win, the cooldown is 60 days.
