Getting Started

Reklaim is a web app that works on the latest two versions of:

• Chrome, Safari, Firefox, and Edge on desktop
• Safari on iOS and Chrome on Android

There's nothing to install: just go to reklaimyou.com in your browser and sign in.

1. Sign up with your email, phone number, Google, or Facebook. No password needed.
2. Answer surveys and Quick Wins in the Surveys section of your dashboard.
3. Earn points for each survey or Quick Win you complete.
4. Pledge points to enter the monthly Jackpot Challenge.
5. Win a cash prize if you're drawn.

Behind the scenes, your answers help brands understand consumer trends without exposing your identity. Brands never see your name, email, or any contact information.

1. Go to reklaimyou.com and enter your email in the sign-up box, or tap Login.
2. Tap Google or Facebook, or enter your email. To use your mobile number instead, tap Use phone.
3. If you used email or phone, enter the 6-digit code we send you.
4. Add your name, date of birth, and gender (or tap Skip) and you'll land on your dashboard.

No password is needed. If the code doesn't arrive, check your spam folder or tap Resend code.

You must be at least 18 (or the age of majority where you live, if higher) to use Reklaim.

Reklaim is a privacy-first rewards platform where you get paid for sharing your data, on your terms.

Here's how it works:

• You answer questions: short surveys and one-question Quick Wins that match your profile. Each one you complete earns points.
• You pledge points to the monthly Jackpot Challenge for a chance to win cash.
• You're always in control: choose what to share, opt out of data sale or AI training, export your data, or delete your account at any time.
• You stay anonymous: brands buy access to aggregated insights, never your identity. No name, no email, no contact info ever leaves your account.

Reklaim is free. Sign up at reklaimyou.com and start earning in minutes.

Yes. Reklaim is free to use. You can earn points, enter the Jackpot Challenge, export your data, and delete your account at no cost.

Reklaim Protect, breach alerts and data-broker removal requests, is included for Reklaim members at no cost. No credit card needed.

Reklaim is currently available only to residents of the United States and Canada.

If you try to sign up or sign in from another country, you'll see a message: "Reklaim Is Currently Available in the U.S. and Canada Only." The Jackpot Challenge specifically requires US residents 18+ (void where prohibited).

A few clarifications:

• Don't use a VPN or proxy to change your location. Our Terms don't allow it.
• We're actively expanding to more countries. There's no public timeline yet. Follow us on social media or join the newsletter for updates.
• If you live in the US or Canada and you're traveling, you can still sign in. Signing in doesn't check your location.

If you believe you're seeing the geo-block by mistake (you're in the US/Canada but the page says otherwise), contact support with your approximate location and the device you're using.

Reklaim is a web app: it works in your phone's browser, and there's nothing to install.

1. Go to reklaimyou.com in your phone's browser.
2. Tap Login and sign in.

About the legacy "Killi" app: You may see an app called "Killi" on the iOS App Store or Google Play. Killi was Reklaim's predecessor product, before the rebrand. If you had a Killi account, your data has been migrated. Sign in at reklaimyou.com with the same email and you'll see your account.

A dedicated, modern Reklaim mobile app is on our roadmap.

After you sign up, you'll see a short "Tell us about you" step that asks for your name, date of birth, and gender to set up your profile.

• They are not sold to brands. Brands only buy access to anonymized insights from data you've explicitly opted to share later.

Can I skip it? Yes, tap Skip below the form and you'll go straight to your dashboard. You can finish your profile any time in Your Data → Complete Your Profile.

If a profile question doesn't apply to you, tap "Skip this question" and move on.

Minimum age: 18 (or the age of majority where you live, if higher). Reklaim is for adults only, and we don't knowingly collect data from anyone under 18.

Household rules:

• Multiple people in the same household can each have their own Reklaim account, as long as each person uses their own email and own phone number.
• One person can have only one Reklaim account. Our Terms don't allow creating multiple accounts.
• A shared phone number can only be associated with one account. If a family member tries to sign up with the same phone, they'll need a different number.

Children and minors:

• We don't have a "family" or "kids" mode. Reklaim's Services aren't designed for or directed at anyone under 18.
• If you believe a minor has signed up using your information, contact support immediately so we can close the account.

For full details, see the Privacy Policy at reklaimyou.com/privacy and the Terms of Service at reklaimyou.com/terms.

Reklaim shows a tier based on your current available points. Tiers are for recognition only. They don't unlock anything or change how many points you earn.

The five tiers:

Tier	Points needed
Bronze	0
Silver	50
Gold	100
Platinum	200
Diamond	500

Your tier appears on the Overview page of your dashboard. It's based on your current available points, so pledging points to the Jackpot can lower it. You move up automatically. There's no claim step.

Achievements are separate from tiers. They're part of the Community section and unlock for things like submitting your first verified social video, posting on 3 or more platforms, getting 10 completed referrals, or keeping up a 4-week submission streak.

If your tier seems lower than it should be, refresh the dashboard. If it still looks wrong after a refresh, contact support.
