How do I turn off SMS / text messages from Reklaim?

Either:

Reply STOP to any Reklaim text message.
Or, if you see an SMS notifications option in Your Data → Privacy & Settings → Communication Preferences, turn it off.

How do I unsubscribe from Reklaim marketing emails?

You can turn off marketing emails any time in Your Data → Privacy & Settings → Communication Preferences.

Transactional emails (login codes, payout confirmations, account changes) cannot be unsubscribed. They're required to operate your account.

I'm getting too many emails from Reklaim

Two things to try:

Go to Your Data → Privacy & Settings → Communication Preferences. Set your email digest to Weekly or Monthly, or turn off marketing emails or product updates.
Use the unsubscribe link in any marketing email to leave a specific list.

If you're seeing emails you didn't expect, particularly login codes you didn't request, see "Why am I getting login codes I didn't request?"
