For the past year, Reklaim has been spending before it earned — building out AI infrastructure, automation, and the platform behind both Reklaim Rewards and Reklaim Protect. That spend showed up on the balance sheet long before it showed up in revenue. Q2 2026 is where the gap started to close.
Reklaim Ltd. (TSXV: MYID | OTC: MYIDF) reported $2.63 million in Q2 2026 revenue — more than double the same quarter last year — and net income of $723,000. A year ago, Q2 ended in a loss. This year, it didn't.

The headline numbers
Reported results for the three months ended June 30, 2026:
- Revenue: $2,632,143 — up 102.7% year-over-year
- Gross profit: $2,017,241 — 76.6% gross margin
- Net income: $722,954 — versus a net loss of $223,563 in Q2 2025
- Sequential growth: revenue up 45.9% from Q1; net income up 98.1%
Zoom out to the first half of the year and the story holds: $4.44 million in revenue, $1.09 million in net income, and roughly $849,532 in operating cash flow.
What actually moved the needle
Revenue doesn't double because of one good month. A few things came together at once.
The platform scaled. The AI, automation, and product investments made throughout 2025 are now showing up as operating leverage — revenue grew faster than costs.
Both sides of the business pulled their weight. Reklaim Rewards kept growing its consented consumer data platform, while Reklaim Protect layered recurring revenue on top of the same privacy infrastructure. More members on both sides means more data, more compliance, more enterprise value.
Capital came back to shareholders. Under its Normal Course Issuer Bid, Reklaim repurchased 6,126,000 common shares and returned them to treasury as of June 30. It's not a headline figure, but it's a signal of confidence in where the business is headed.
The backdrop nobody can ignore
Two structural shifts are reshaping the data economy right now, and both play directly to Reklaim's model.
Privacy regulation is accelerating. As of June 30, 2026, 24 U.S. states had enacted comprehensive consumer privacy laws, with 20 already in effect — and the rules keep getting sharper: real deletion infrastructure, sensitive-data controls, operational compliance requirements, not just notice-and-opt-out.
During Q2, Reklaim completed its integration with California's DROP platform, the state-run system that lets residents submit deletion requests directly to registered data brokers. That's not a marketing claim — it's infrastructure: receive, match, process, and report deletion requests through a state-operated channel.
AI is hungry for compliant data. The AI boom has created massive demand for proprietary, continuously refreshed, legally sourced data. Scraped datasets are getting riskier by the month. Consent-based, first-party consumer relationships are getting more valuable.
Reklaim sits right at that intersection — direct consumer relationships, explicit consent, transparent governance, and a platform built to turn that into enterprise-grade data products.
What this isn't
This isn't a victory lap. One quarter is one quarter. Past performance doesn't predict future results, and every earnings release comes with a long list of risks that can change the trajectory.
What it is: evidence that the investments Reklaim made in 2025 are translating into revenue growth, margin discipline, and sustained profitability — in a market that's moving in Reklaim's direction.
