Why am I being signed out unexpectedly?

Why am I being signed out unexpectedly?

A few common causes:

You signed in on another device. Reklaim limits how many active sessions one account can have.
Your browser cleared cookies. Some privacy extensions, incognito mode, and "clear on exit" settings sign you out.
A long idle period: sessions expire after extended inactivity for security.

If you keep getting signed out within a few minutes of signing in, try a different browser. If it keeps happening, email support@reklaimyou.com.
