Account & Sign-In

You can attach up to 5 emails to a single Reklaim account so you can sign in with any of them.

1. Go to Your Data → Profile → Email Addresses.
2. Type the new email and tap Add. We send a 6-digit code to that address.
3. Enter the code in the box that opens. If you close it, tap Verify next to the email to open it again. Didn't get it? Check your spam or junk folder.

Once verified, you can sign in with the new email. To make it your primary, tap Set Primary next to it.

After you add an email in Your Data → Profile → Email Addresses, we send a 6-digit code to that address and a box opens for you to enter it. If you closed the box, tap Verify next to the email.

If the code doesn't arrive, check your spam or junk folder, then tap Resend code (you can request a new one every 5 minutes) or Resend next to the email.

1. Go to Account Settings → Phone.
2. Enter your 10-digit US or Canadian mobile number (only +1 numbers are accepted), tick the text-message consent box, and tap Add phone number.
3. We'll text you: reply Y or YES to confirm. If the text doesn't arrive, tap Resend confirmation.

You can have one phone number on file, and a number can only be linked to one Reklaim account. We use it for texts such as one-time login codes and account-related messages. A phone isn't required to earn points.

You can change the number with Change number only until you've confirmed it. To change a confirmed number, contact support@reklaimyou.com.

1. Go to Your Data → Profile → Email Addresses.
2. Tap the trash icon next to the email you want to remove.
3. Confirm.

You can't remove your primary email or your only verified email. Set a different verified email as primary first, then remove the old one.

You sign in to Reklaim with a one-time code sent to your email or phone, or with Google or Facebook. There's no Reklaim password to steal in a phishing or credential-stuffing attack.

Reklaim doesn't have a separate two-factor setting in your account. To keep your account safe:

• Using a strong, unique password on your email, Google, and Facebook accounts
• Enabling 2FA on your email account
• Not sharing login codes with anyone

1. Go to Your Data → Privacy & Settings → Delete Your Data and tap Delete Account.
2. Type SCHEDULE DELETION to confirm.

Your account is scheduled for deletion and permanently deleted after 7 days. Until then you'll see a countdown, and you can tap Cancel Deletion (type KEEP MY ACCOUNT) to keep your account. Signing in doesn't cancel it.

Want to keep your account but clear your data? Choose Delete Profile Data instead and type DELETE DATA. It removes your preferences, survey responses, prediction history, and breach monitoring data, and keeps your points, achievements, and Jackpot entries.

Reklaim doesn't use passwords. Signing in and signing up happen on the same page.

1. Go to reklaimyou.com and tap Login, or go straight to app.reklaimyou.com/sign-in.
2. Tap Google or Facebook, or enter the email on your account. To use your mobile number instead, tap Use phone.
3. If you entered an email or phone number, we send you a 6-digit code. Enter it to finish signing in.

If the email or number isn't linked to a Reklaim account yet, you'll be asked to create a new one, so use the one you signed up with.

1. For the phone on your dashboard, enter a 10-digit US or Canadian number. Only +1 numbers are accepted.
2. Adding a phone on your dashboard? We confirm it by text. Reply Y or YES. If the text doesn't come, tap Resend confirmation.
3. Signing in with your phone? Tap Resend code on the sign-in page for a new code.

If you've tried all of the above, email support@reklaimyou.com with the phone number you're trying to verify.

A few common causes:

• You signed in on another device. Reklaim limits how many active sessions one account can have.
• Your browser cleared cookies. Some privacy extensions, incognito mode, and "clear on exit" settings sign you out.
• A long idle period: sessions expire after extended inactivity for security.

If you keep getting signed out within a few minutes of signing in, try a different browser. If it keeps happening, email support@reklaimyou.com.

We ask for your name and date of birth when you set up your profile. Here's why:

You can skip this step when you first sign up and add or edit these details later in Your Data → Profile → Core Identity.

1. Age: Reklaim is for adults, so any date of birth you enter must show you're 18 or older.
2. Quality data, fair payouts: Some questions are age-gated; verified identity also protects against bots and duplicate accounts that would dilute everyone's winnings.

Your real name and birth date are never shared with brands. Brands see only anonymized, aggregated answers.

A login code in your inbox doesn't mean anyone has got into your account. Someone would also need the code itself to sign in.

If you didn't request a code, you can safely ignore it.

If you keep receiving codes you didn't request, or notice activity you don't recognize:

1. Email support@reklaimyou.com right away, and make sure your email account itself is secure.

For your security, Reklaim will never confirm whether an account exists for a specific email.

If it's been less than 7 days since you scheduled the deletion, go to Your Data → Privacy & Settings → Delete Your Data, tap Cancel Deletion, and type KEEP MY ACCOUNT to confirm. Signing in by itself does not cancel the deletion.

After 7 days your account and data are permanently deleted and can't be restored. You can sign up again with the same email, but your previous points, profile, and history won't come back.

To change your primary email:

1. Add the new email from Your Data → Profile → Email Addresses.
2. Verify it with the 6-digit code we send to that address.
3. Once verified, tap Set Primary next to the new address.

Your old email stays on your account until you remove it. You can have up to 5 email addresses on your account.

Try these in order:

1. Wait 60 seconds. Codes usually arrive within a minute.
2. Check spam or promotions. If you find it there, mark it "Not spam" so future codes land in your inbox.
3. Check what you entered. Make sure it's the email or phone number on your Reklaim account. An email we don't recognize starts a new account instead.
4. Try a different network. Some work or school networks block automated emails. Try mobile data instead of Wi-Fi.
5. Request a new code. Tap Resend code on the code screen.
6. Use another way in. If you signed up with Google or Facebook, tap that button on the sign-in page instead.

Still stuck? Email support@reklaimyours.com with the email or phone number you used. For security we can't confirm whether an account exists, but we'll help you troubleshoot delivery.

If our team locks your account, for example because of suspicious activity, you won't be able to sign in, and you may see "Account Locked: Your account has been locked. Please contact support@reklaimyou.com for assistance." There's no automatic unlock; contact support to resolve it.

To get help:

1. Email support@reklaimyou.com from the email on your account.
2. Tell us what you were doing right before the lock.

We may ask for additional verification before unlocking. We cannot share the specific reason for the lock for security reasons.

For privacy reasons, our support team can't confirm whether an account exists for a specific email. The fastest way to get back in:

1. Try signing in with the email you most likely used, or with Google or Facebook if you may have signed up that way.
2. If Reklaim asks you to create a new account. That email isn't the one you used, go back and try your next most likely email instead of finishing sign-up.
3. If you've run out of options, email support@reklaimyou.com with the addresses you've tried.

Tip: a Reklaim account can have up to 5 email addresses, and you can sign in with any verified one. Once you're in, add your other addresses from Your Data → Profile → Email Addresses.
