Why didn't my friend's referral count?
A referral bonus is added when all of these are true:
- Your friend opened your referral link and signed up in the same browser.
- It's a brand-new account (created less than 24 hours earlier), it isn't your own account, and your friend hasn't already been referred by someone else.
If your friend signed up without your link, the referral can't be added afterwards. Always share the link from Refer & Get More Entries.
If everything above is true and the bonus still isn't there, contact support with your friend's email.
