Earning Points

Which surveys you see depends on a few things:

1. Your answers: some surveys are only for certain audiences. If an answer you've already given doesn't match a survey's audience, that survey is hidden.
2. Available spots: a survey disappears once it has collected all the responses it needs.
3. Your country: some surveys are only open in certain countries. If no country is set on your account, those surveys won't show.
4. Surveys you've finished: completed surveys, and questions you've already answered anywhere on Reklaim, don't show again.

What you can do:

• Finish your profile on the Your Data page. You get a one-time bonus for each section, and your answers carry over so surveys skip questions you've already answered.
• Check back often. New surveys are added regularly.

You earn points on your Reklaim dashboard. The main ways to earn are:

• Surveys: answer a set of questions on the Surveys page. Each card shows the points you'll earn and about how many minutes it takes.
• Weekly paycheck: surveys you've fully answered can also add points to a weekly paycheck. Claim it on the Overview page before the next payday, or those points expire.
• Quick Wins: short surveys on the Quick Wins tab of the Surveys page.
• Predictions: stake points on how an event will turn out. If your pick is right, you win more points.
• Community: post a video about Reklaim on TikTok, Instagram, X, YouTube or Facebook and submit it on the Community page (one per week). You earn points once the Reklaim team approves it.
• Your profile: a one-time bonus for each profile section you finish on the Your Data page.
• Referrals: when a friend creates a new account using your referral link, you both get a bonus. Find your link on the Refer & Get More Entries page.

Which surveys you see depends on your country, answers you've already given, and whether a survey still needs responses. New surveys are added regularly, so check back often.

You can pledge your points to the Jackpot, where each point is one entry.

Your streak starts again when a whole day in your time zone passes without earning points. Nothing is lost when that happens: the streak doesn't give extra points, and all your points stay in your balance.

Your streak is counted from the days you earned points, so it can't be changed or restored by support.

1. Open Refer & Get More Entries in your Reklaim dashboard menu to find your personal referral link.
2. Copy the link, or share it by email, WhatsApp, iMessage, Facebook, X, LinkedIn or Instagram.
3. When your friend creates a new Reklaim account using your link, you each get the bonus shown on the Refer page right away.

There's no cap on referrals.

Your streak on the Overview page counts how many days in a row you've earned points. It's there to help you keep track. It doesn't give you extra points.

If a whole day in your time zone passes without earning points, your streak starts again from zero. If you haven't earned yet today, your streak still counts until the day ends.

Quick Wins are short surveys. Find them on the Quick Wins tab of the Surveys page, marked with a Quick Win badge. Each card shows the points you'll earn, and the points are added as soon as you finish.

Social Promotions are on the Community page. Post a video about Reklaim on TikTok, Instagram, X, YouTube or Facebook, then submit it. You can submit one video per week. After the Reklaim team reviews it, you earn points, which you can pledge to the Jackpot as entries.

Your profile on the Your Data page has eight sections: About You, Shopping, Entertainment, Travel, Home & Living, Finance, Technology and Interests. You get a one-time bonus for each section you finish.

Your profile answers also carry over to surveys and Quick Wins, so surveys skip questions you've already answered.

A referral bonus is added when all of these are true:

1. Your friend opened your referral link and signed up in the same browser.
2. It's a brand-new account (created less than 24 hours earlier), it isn't your own account, and your friend hasn't already been referred by someone else.

If your friend signed up without your link, the referral can't be added afterwards. Always share the link from Refer & Get More Entries.

If everything above is true and the bonus still isn't there, contact support with your friend's email.

If you used Reklaim before, sign in with the same email address using Login on reklaimyou.com. If that email is verified and matches exactly one earlier Reklaim account, your sign-in connects to that account and its history.

If your old account used a different email or your sign-in doesn't work, contact support with:

• The old email used
• Approximate date of original sign-up
• Any old points balance you remember

We'll do our best to reconcile, but legacy data is migrated on a case-by-case basis.

Surveys are sets of questions on the Surveys page. Each card shows the points you'll earn and about how long it takes. You can stop at any time and your answers so far are saved, but points are only added when you finish.

Some surveys are only for certain countries or audiences. Answers you give in your profile, Quick Wins and surveys carry over, so surveys skip questions you've already answered.

Surveys you've fully answered can also add points to your weekly paycheck. Claim it with Claim now on the Overview page before the next payday (Thursday by default), or those points expire.

Referral links end in /?ref= followed by a code. When you open one, Reklaim saves the code and applies the bonus as soon as you finish creating your account.

If the bonus didn't post, check the following:

1. Sign up in the same browser where you opened the link. The code is saved in that browser, so opening the link on your phone and signing up on your laptop won't carry it over.
2. You don't need to do anything else. The bonus is added as soon as your new account is set up.
3. Only new accounts qualify. The bonus is only added in the first 24 hours after an account is created, and only if the account doesn't already have a referrer.
4. You can't use your own referral link, and the code in the link must be valid.

If you've checked all of the above and still don't see the bonus, contact support with:

• The campaign or referral link you clicked
• The approximate date/time you clicked it
• The email you used to sign up
