1. We'll email you at the address on your account.
2. Reply within 7 calendar days to claim your prize, or it may be forfeited. We'll verify your identity and eligibility before paying out.
3. Once you're verified, we send your prize by PayPal or check, usually within 5 to 7 business days.
4. You may need to answer a skill-testing question to claim your prize.

• Check that your primary email on file is correct.
