Where do I see my points balance?
Your points balance is shown:
- In the dashboard header on every page: tap it to open View Wallet or Enter Jackpot.
- In Wallet: your available points and your last 20 transactions, including pledges.
- On the Jackpot page: how many entries you have for the next draw.
If your dashboard isn't showing a balance, refresh the page. If the balance still doesn't load, try signing out and back in. If the problem persists, contact support.
